Indonesian government applied a partial lockdown (PPKM) of Java-Bali from July 3rd until July 20th 2021 and then extended until July 25th 2021. By President Jokowidodo, on 25th of July, Indonesian government re-extend the partial lockdown for next 8 days with some leniency for local business.

Bali's governor, I Wayan Koster confirmed that Bali will be doing 4th levels of Partial Lockdown until August 2nd 2021. The governor said that this is a tough decision, many people were affected by the implementation of the partial lockdown, which had a massive impact on their economic activity, but Bali must do it in order to reduce Covid-19 transmissions in Bali.

The implementation of level 4 partial lockdown based on the Governor’s decree number 12, 2021 is as below:

Traditional markets that sell non-essential products are allowed to operate with 50% of capacity until 4:00pm
Street vendors, barber shops, laundry services, and other small businesses are allowed to operate until 9:00pm
Restaurants and cafes are allowed to provide dine-in services with only letting each customer to stay for maximum 30 minutes
Dine-in services at restaurants and cafes are allowed to operate with 25% of capacity until 9:00pm

What you need during this partial lockdown if you need to go out of your house for daily needs:

Always use double face-mask
Proof of vaccine if you go out of the town
Cover letter from the company if you have to work in an office

For your daily needs like food stores are still open and you can find them easily at the nearest place without having to go out of the town to avoid the blockage.
