How to make a booking?

  • Find the tour packages that you want to book on Balisuta.com.
  • Click the booking button or booking link and you will redirect to our reservation form.
  • Fill the reservation form available on each service.
  • Make sure you completed the form with your valid email.
  • Try to describe if any your special request on the "Request" box available on the form.
  • After you completed the form (including the test), click "Submit" to send your reservation.
  • A success message will be shown, please check your email and make sure you get our auto-reply.
  • If you do not get our auto-reply, it's may be you entered the wrong email address but your reservation still sent to us. In this condition, please resend your email address to our email.

How long does it take to get the reply?

  • After we get your reservation, we will replay asap (24 hours guarantee).
  • For last minutes booking you better directly to call us to ask the availability.
  • If your request is not available, we will suggest other services as an option.
  • If you do not get our reply, you can send the inquiry progress to our email, or also you can call us.

How to pay?

  • Every services company has a different condition about payment, therefore we will need at least 50% deposit to guarantee the booking or full prepayment in certain periods refer to the booking condition.
  • For online payment, we will send you the link to finish your payment with an additional 4% for the Bank charge and Online fee.
  • Instead of requesting your credit card number to secure the booking, we will lead you for online payment of the deposit or full payment with Visa or Master card in US dollars.
  • We will collect the balance of payment upon your arrival in Bali, either cash or by credit card in IDR or USD.
  • We do accept cash/traveler's cheque/Visa/Master Card for some services but for the car charter please pay by cash to the driver.
  • An additional bank charge of 4% will be applied for payment by credit card.
  • Upon request, we will send you the reservation voucher to be shown on your arrival.

What does include in the special internet rates?

  • Our rates are including tax and service with breakfast for hotel booking.
  • Breakfast for two-person is included in most hotels.
  • Another benefit is the transport service for some area in Bali.

How to cancel the reservation?

  • For cancelation is refer to the hotel or services cancellation policy.
  • Please send us your cancelation email immediately.
  • A cancellation fee is only applied to refer to the cancellation policy.
  • For some conditions, your deposit will behold to your other booking with us.
