Our Prices
All prices on Balisuta.com are special online rates and are valid only for bookings made through our website. Unless stated otherwise, rates generally include taxes and service charges. We work with hotels, villas, tour operators, and transport providers to offer competitive prices. Prices and availability may change at any time before final confirmation.
Booking and Confirmation
You may place a booking inquiry by email, WhatsApp, phone, or our online form. An automated response only confirms that we received your request and does not confirm your booking. A booking is confirmed only after provider availability is secured and payment requirements are fulfilled.
Payment Methods
A deposit or full prepayment is required to confirm a booking, depending on the product and provider terms. We only request payment after written availability confirmation from the provider. Accepted payment methods include:
- Local Payment Gateway (for IDR transactions): Secure online payments in Indonesian Rupiah via our payment gateway, accepting Virtual Accounts (VA), QRIS, e-wallets, and domestic credit/debit cards.
- PayPal (for foreign currency transactions): Secure online payment for international currencies using your PayPal balance or major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). A 4% processing fee applies for PayPal transactions.
- Payment on arrival: In Indonesian Rupiah (cash or card, subject to provider fees), only when explicitly allowed by the specific provider.
Ticket and Voucher Delivery
After full payment is received, your e-ticket and/or e-voucher will be sent to your registered email address or WhatsApp number within a maximum of 1 x 24 hours, unless otherwise stated by the provider. Clients must present a valid e-voucher or e-ticket (digital or printed) to operator staff at the service location.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms depend on product category and provider rules. If provider terms are stricter than the policies below, provider terms will apply and will be stated in your confirmation.
Accommodation Policy
- Low Season: One-night charge for cancellations made within 2 days before arrival.
- High Season (July and August): One-night charge within 14 days; two-night charge within 7 days before arrival.
- Peak Season (December 20 to January 5): One-night charge within 21 days; two-night charge within 14 days; full booking charge within 7 days before arrival.
- Early checkout is non-refundable and charged according to the applicable seasonal policy or hotel policy.
Tour Package Policy
- More than 7 days before service date: eligible for refund, subject to supplier deductions.
- 7 days to 48 hours before service date: 50% cancellation charge from total booking value.
- Within 24 hours before service date or no-show: 100% cancellation charge (non-refundable).
Ticketing Policy
- Most issued tickets (including attraction tickets, performance tickets, and fast boat tickets) are non-refundable once issued.
- Reschedule requests are subject to operator approval, seat availability, fare difference, and possible amendment fees.
- If an operator cancels a service, clients may receive a reschedule option, travel credit, or refund according to operator policy.
Force Majeure
Balisuta.com is not liable for delay, change, or cancellation caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters (such as volcanic eruptions), severe weather, high waves affecting sea crossings, pandemics, civil unrest, demonstrations, transportation disruptions, or sudden government regulations. In such cases, resolution will follow provider and operational conditions and may include one of the following:
- Reschedule to a new date without penalty where possible.
- Partial or full refund based on recoverable funds from providers.
- Travel credit for future use, if offered by the provider.
Liability and Insurance
Balisuta.com acts as a booking agent and intermediary between clients and third-party providers. We are not liable for injury, illness, death, loss or damage of personal property, delays, or accidents that occur during services operated by third parties. Clients are responsible for reviewing activity risks and ensuring they are physically fit to participate.
Unless explicitly stated in your booking confirmation, travel or accident insurance is not included in tour or adventure packages. We strongly recommend that all clients obtain personal travel insurance covering medical costs, accidents, activity risks, and trip cancellation.
Refund Process
If a booking is eligible for refund under the applicable cancellation policy, refunds are processed within approximately 7 to 14 business days after final verification from the provider and payment channel. Non-refundable charges may include local payment gateway transaction fees, PayPal processing fees (4%), currency conversion differences, and other administrative costs imposed by financial institutions.
Complaints must be submitted within 24 hours after service completion to be reviewed. Complaints submitted after this period may not be eligible for compensation or refund consideration.
