Our Prices

All prices on Balisuta.com are special online rates, valid only for bookings made through our website. These rates typically include taxes and service charges, unless otherwise specified. We have partnerships with many hotels, villas, and other providers, allowing us to offer you the best deals. Please note that while we strive for accuracy, information may change, so feel free to contact us for the latest details.

Booking and Confirmation

To book, you can send us an inquiry via email, WhatsApp, phone, or our online form. If you use the form, double-check your email address for a smooth booking process. We'll send you an automated response, but this is not your booking confirmation. We'll follow up with a confirmation as soon as possible, or let you know if we need more time. To secure your booking, we require a deposit or full payment online via Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by hotel or service provider. We'll inform you of the specific policy in your confirmation email or on your service voucher. Generally, hotels or the tour providers may have different policies based on the season:

Low Season: One night's charge for cancellations within 2 days of arrival. Early checkouts are charged one night's stay.
High Season (July & August): One night's charge for cancellations within 14 days of arrival, two nights' charge within 7 days. Early checkouts are charged two nights' stay.
Peak Season (Dec 20 - Jan 5): One night's charge for cancellations within 21 days of arrival, two nights' charge within 14 days, and the full booking cost for cancellations within 7 days.

There are no refunds for early checkouts or complaints made after 24 hours of activity.

Payment Methods

A deposit or full prepayment is required to confirm your booking. We won't request payment until we have written confirmation from the provider. We accept online payments via Visa or Mastercard through PayPal (with a 4% fee), international bank transfers to our Mandiri Bank account, and domestic bank transfers in Rupiah (Mandiri, BCA, or BRI). Payments upon arrival must be in Indonesian Rupiah, either in cash or by credit card (with a fee). In some cases, you can pay directly to the hotel or provider upon confirmation.
