Ubud E-Bike Cycling Tour Itinerary
- 08:30 AM to 09:00 AM – Hotel Pickup: An air-conditioned car will pick you up from your hotel in Ubud.
- 09:15 AM – Sightseeing & Culture: Visit the famous Tegalalang Rice Terraces, a local Luwak Coffee Plantation, an Art Museum, and a traditional woodcarving workshop in Pakudui Village.
- 10:30 AM – Start E-Bike Ride: Hop on your electric bike for an effortless and comfortable ride through the beautiful, quiet countryside.
- During the Ride – Rice Paddy Walk: Take a short break to walk through the rice paddies and learn how local farmers grow rice.
- 12:00 PM – Lunch & Entertainment: Relax and enjoy a delicious traditional Balinese or Indonesian lunch while watching a traditional Balinese cultural dance.
- 01:00 PM to 02:00 PM – Return to Hotel: Your driver will bring you safely back to your hotel.

1. Tour Group & Pricing
- Shared Tours: Our standard tour prices are based on a shared group experience. To ensure safety and a high-quality experience, shared groups are capped at a maximum of 10 persons and are accompanied by 2 professional guides.
- Private Tours: If you prefer a more personalized experience, private tours are available upon request for a small additional fee. Please contact us during booking to arrange this.
2. Equipment & Bike Sizes
- Standard Equipment: We provide well-maintained bicycles in standard sizes for both adults and children.
- Special Requests: If you require a specific bike size, a baby seat, or have other special equipment requests, this must be confirmed in advance prior to your tour date so we can prepare the appropriate gear for you.
3. Pickup & Logistics
- Transportation: Complimentary hotel pickup and drop-off are included.
- Timings: Your exact pickup time is based on your specific hotel location in Bali. We will communicate your designated pickup time upon booking confirmation. Please be ready at your hotel lobby at the scheduled time.
4. Weather Policy & Cancellations
- Light Rain: Cycling tours will proceed in light rain or drizzle. We will provide complimentary plastic raincoats for all guests.
- Bad Weather: Your safety is our priority. In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions, we will contact you before your scheduled pickup time. You will be given the option to either reschedule your tour for another day or cancel the trip with a full refund.
5. What to Wear
- Clothing: Please wear a comfortable shirt and shorts/pants suitable for moderate exercise.
- Footwear: Closed-toe sport shoes or sneakers are mandatory for your safety while cycling.
- Protection: We highly recommend applying sunblock before the tour begins.
6. What to Bring
- Personal Expenses: While the main tour activities and lunch are covered, please bring extra cash. We will pass by local warungs (small traditional stalls) and other local vendors where you may wish to purchase extra snacks, drinks, or souvenirs.
