Terms of Service
- Rental Duration: Standard full-day luxury charter is 10 hours per day. Half-day charters (5 hours) are also available upon request.
- Service Areas: Complimentary premium pickup and drop-off are included for the Airport, Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, North Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Denpasar, Sanur, and central Ubud areas.
- Route Surcharges: The listed rates apply to standard travel routes. Additional charges apply for excursions to North, Mid-North, West, and East Bali destinations (IDR 200,000 to IDR 850,000, depending on the exact location). Unlisted or remote areas will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
- Overtime & Out-of-Hours: Extra time is charged at 10% of the daily rate per hour. Standard operating hours are from 06:00 to 23:59; chauffeur services requested outside of these business hours will incur a surcharge of IDR 350,000 per vehicle.
- Overnight Trips: Multi-day or overnight itineraries may require a driver accommodation fee, depending on the season and your specific route.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 1 day before the scheduled charter will incur a 50% charge. Same-day cancellations will incur a 100% charge.
