- Pick-up from hotels in Bali for the area: Sanur, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran Center, Kuta, Legian, and Seminyak
- Fast boat schedules may vary depending on tide and operational conditions.
- Snorkeling Sites: Locations are selected based on safety and visibility. The operator reserves the right to adjust sites if necessary.
- Safety Equipment: Life jackets, snorkeling masks, and fins are provided. Guests must follow the guide’s instructions at all times.
- Health & Fitness: Participants should be in good health and comfortable in the water. Please inform the operator of any medical conditions in advance.
- Children Policy: Children must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum age for snorkeling may apply.
- Meals: Lunch is included in the program. Dietary requests should be communicated at the time of booking.
- Insurance: Basic accident insurance is included. Guests are advised to have personal travel insurance for comprehensive coverage.
- Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure may incur charges. No refunds for unused services.
- Responsibility: The operator is not liable for loss of personal belongings or delays caused by weather, sea conditions, or other factors beyond control.
