Terms and Conditions

• Bookings must be made and confirmed at least one day before the activity date.
• Free cancellation applies for cancellations made at least two days before the activity. A 50% charge applies if cancelled one day before, and a 100% charge applies for cancellations on the day of the activity.
• This trip is not suitable for pregnant women, people with heart or back problems, other serious physical impediments, or children under 3 years old.
• Guests must follow all safety instructions provided at tourist destinations.
• If there are any changes in arrangements, we will contact you and provide updated information promptly.
• All participants are required to have valid travel insurance covering medical expenses and personal accidents.
• The itinerary may be adjusted depending on weather conditions, sea tides, or unforeseen circumstances to ensure guest safety.
• Personal belongings are the responsibility of each guest. The organiser is not liable for loss or damage to personal items during the trip.
• Guests are expected to respect local culture, environment, and community during the tour.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fuel surcharges, government regulations, or other external factors.
• All tours are subject to availability. Confirmation will be provided after booking.
• Participants must arrive at the designated meeting point on time. Late arrivals may result in missed departures without refund.
