    • Passengers must arrive at the harbour at least 45 minutes before departure from Sanur and 30 minutes before departure from Jungut Batu.
    • Tickets are non-refundable except in cases of cancellation by Setia Fast Ferry.
    • Schedules may change due to weather, safety, or operational reasons without prior notice.
    • Passengers are responsible for their own belongings; Setia Fast Ferry is not liable for lost or damaged items.
    • All passengers must comply with crew instructions for safety during boarding and the journey.
    • Insurance coverage is included for all passengers as part of the service.
    • Operations are closed on Nyepi Day, Galungan Day, Nyepi Laut, and during scheduled annual docking.
